Delivery
Moo Boutique will make every effort to deliver within the time stated (normally 2 working days) but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included full address details so we can notify you in the event of a delivery problem.
Standard Delivery to the UK is just £3.95 and £10 to Europe and £20 to the rest of the world.
Royal Mail - Recorded Delivery
With proof of posting, signature on arrival and online confirmation of delivery, your delivery is easy to trace. Most First Class Recorded items should arrive within 3-4 working days although normal First Class terms apply.

Royal Mail - Special Delivery
If you want to guarantee the delivery of your purchase, Royal Mail will guarantee delivery by 1.00pm the next working day to 99% of the UK.

Guaranteed Saturday Delivery
When you choose Guaranteed Saturday Delivery, that's precisely what you get. Mail an item within the UK on a Friday and we can guarantee next day delivery, even though it's a Saturday.
Guaranteed Saturday Delivery can only be achieved on orders placed before 3pm on Friday.
Royal Mail - International Signed For
Take advantage of the global reach and reassurance that Royal Mail International Signed For service offers. With International Signed For a signature will be taken for your item on delivery at its destination. Delivery to just about anywhere in the world. Orders placed after 3pm will be not be shipped until the next day.
Returns Policy
Cancelling your order
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Moo Boutique for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
You must inform Moo Boutique via email or in writing within 7 days clearly stating your order number.
For orders that are 'Awaiting Dispatch' it may be possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched.
If however your order has already shipped, you will need to return the order to us please read the return or Exchange an item below.
Return an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email Moo Boutique within 7 working days stating reason for return. You will receive a Returns number this is to be stated in all correspondence. The item or items must be returned in their original condition complete with labels* within 14 days of receipt. After satisfactory inspection of your return we will issue a refund for the goods on receipt. Refund timescales may vary so please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Please note
• The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
• The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
• The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to us, unless sent via special delivery.
Exhange an item
Please follow the 'Return an Item' procedure for the return of the item you would like to exchange. You can purchase the new item at any time as a seperate transaction.

Faulty Item
If the item you received is faulty, please contact Moo Boutique via phone or email quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. Upon receipt of your goods we will either refund, replace or repair your item.

If you receive an incorrect item.
If you suspect that the item you received is not what you have ordered, please contact Moo Boutique via email or phone quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the product you were expecting. We can then arrange a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

*Note: when trying on items of clothing do not remove labels. Please ensure that you are not wearing a perfume, aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Jewellery care guidelines: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratching your jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force.
