Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard Delivery is £5. We will ship your parcel to you within 3 to 5 working days.
Next Day Delivery is £7 and we will get your parcel to you the next business day as long as your order is placed before 12.30pm.*
Guaranteed Saturday Next Day Delivery is £10 and you will recieve your parcel if you place your order before 12.30pm on a Friday.*
Local Pick Up is free and your order will be ready within 2-3 business days. You will receive a notification when your parcel is ready to pick up from the shop.
Local Delivery costs £1 and will be delivered to you if you are within SK4 postcode within 3-5 business days.
*Excluding Northern Ireland and Aberdeen
If I order today, will I receive it tomorrow?
If your order is placed before 12.30pm you can choose next day delivery.
Where is my order?
If your order has been fufilled you should have recieved an email to let you know. If you have requested shipping a tracking number will be provided in the email. If it is a pick up at store, you will be told when it is ready at the shop for you to pick up.
When is the cut-off for next day delivery?
12.30pm is the cut off for next day delivery.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes, you can track your parcel. You will get a tracking number on your email after we have fulfilled it.
I've been charged twice for my delievery, what should I do?
Due to a system glitch, when ordering more than one item it may duplicate the delivery charge. If you notice this has happened, please don't worry, pop a note on your order so we can refund you the additional delivery charge.
What do I do If I miss my parcel?
Once the parcel is back out for delivery, the inflight options become available
to you and you get a 2 hour window notification via SMS for delivery on each delivery attempt. During this time the you can change your delivery preferences.

I've received the wrong item.
We are really sorry if you've received the wrong item, please contact us via phone or email with your order number to hand and the item you have received in error. We will try to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
My item is faulty. What should I do?

An item is missing from my order.
We are so sorry if you have an item missing from your order. Please contact us via phone or email with your order number and the item that is missing, we will aim to resolve your query as quickly as possible.
I haven't received my order. What should I do?
If you have checked the tracking number and still don't know where your order is please contact us through phone or email and we will contact our courier and do our best to track down your parcel.
Returns
Can I return if I order online / in store?
Online Orders - You can return any items within 14 days of receiving your goods.
In store Orders - You can return your items for credit or an exchange within 7 days of purchase.

How long will it take to be refunded?
We aim to refund all orders within 3 working days of receiving the parcel.
Will my loyalty points be put back on my account if I make a return?
Yes, all your loyalty points will be credited back to your account if they were used to purchase the item you returned.

How do I register for the loyalty programme?
All you have to do is set up an account with us at MOO BOU. Go to the homepage of the website and click account at the top right hand side of the screen.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points in lots of ways. You recieve £5 just by opening an account with MOO BOU.
You earn points every time you spend with us.
You can earn points by sharing us on your social media too.
Build up your points and you can spend to your heart's content.
How do I use my points?
Ponits mean clothes. Each point is worth one penny. These can be redeemed at checkout on online orders or at the till when buying in the shop.

How does "one size" work?
Our one size range is very cleverly cut, the pieces use great super soft stretch technology and a clever fit. Using elesticated seams and drapey fabrics, this means a piece will fit lots of bodies and look slightly different on each.
When will an item be restocked?
We restock items on a weekly basis. If you want an item that is out of stock just tick the heart on the product and add it to your wishlist. You'll then recieve an email as soon as we restock the item.
Payments, offers and gift vouchers
How do I pay?
You can pay using all major credit cards, PayPal or Apple Pay. When you are ready, go to checkout and complete your purchase. All payments go through our secure third party.
Can I use my loyalty points?
Yes, just check apply discount when you go through to check out.
How do I buy a gift voucher?
Search "Gift Voucher" and you can order direct from our website. We will send you an email or you can request a physical card.
How long is my gift voucher valid for?
All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months.
