It's quick and easy to sign up, simply fill in you deatils and verify your account.
How do I earn points?
Signing up to the rewards programme will earn you 500 points. You can earn 5 points for every £1 you spend online and instore. When you submit a review you can earn 10 points and a share of Moobou on social media will earn you 1000 points. And our very special treat to you of 1000 points on your birthday!
How do I redeem my points?
To redeem your points, log into your account and find your rewards. Simply click 'redeem' button and you will be sent an email with your unique discount code. Use this code on your next shop to get money off.
Can I collect points shopping in store?
You can collect and redeem points when shopping in store.
What happens to my points if I return an item?
When returning an item your points will return to your account. This could be a partial credit if you have oreded more than one item, as the points redeemed are split across each item.
How long do I have to spend my points?
You will have 12 months to spend your points.
Can I use my points to buy anything online?
Unfortunately points cannot be used against sale items or buying gift cards.
